About These Terms

By using this website and submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and Offers

Quotes provided over the phone or via the form are based on the information you provide. If something material is found at pickup that materially changes the vehicle's value, we'll discuss it with you on the spot — you can still walk away if the revised offer doesn't work.

Free Pickup

Free pickup applies when we purchase the vehicle. If we cannot reach an agreement on price or you decide not to sell, the pickup does not occur and no obligation is created. We do not provide free haul-away service for vehicles we are not buying.

Title Requirements

The seller is responsible for providing valid title in the seller's name (or a valid alternative title path under Florida law) at pickup, along with a government-issued photo ID. Title-issue scenarios are handled case-by-case; some have paths, some don't. We will be straight on the call about which scenarios we can and cannot handle.

Pickup Logistics

Pickup is scheduled on a window committed during the call. Same-day pickup is "when available" — same-day pickup is offered whenever route capacity allows but is not guaranteed.

Payment

Payment is made at pickup via cash or check.

Limitation of Liability

This website is provided "as is." We make no warranties as to availability, completeness, or accuracy of content. Our liability for any matter arising out of the website or the vehicle-purchase process is limited to the offer amount for the vehicle in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.
